Throughout the course of my dementia reality, my songwriting creativity and process has been an ever-changing thing. Up until 2023, I had never written an instrumental, and now that's almost all I compose. I used to write lyrics, lots and lots of lyrics, putting out 3-4 verse-plus-a-bridge songs on a regular basis.
